The End of St. John's as a Catholic Church

The Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis has ordered that all Christian symbols both inside and outside be removed from St. John's because the sale of the property to a yet unnamed buyer is imminent and the church will no longer be used as a place of Christian worship. The church has been deconstrated. Date unknown

The cross-shaped windows on the front door were covered with sheet metal on Thursday June 12 and the doors repainted on Monday June 16.
